1. What impact does Alex switching tribes have on the game?
It has a lot of impact on the game. At this point, no matter who loses, we are going to lose a number. It sucks because the original Vireo tribe can stay strong and we could very well be screwed if we don't continue to win challenges. As much as I do love Julia, she didn't submit a list for the last challenge so she may be next on the chopping block - even over Alex. So that'd be nice.
2. Who are your allies at this point?
Right now I have an alliance with everyone on my tribe except for Keith. I am in PW [Prestigious Worldwide] with Tarzan, Pete, Laura and Brenda, and then I am in the Kaboom Chickas with Laura, Brenda and Sierra. I also have a deal with Julia.
3. Who do you want out soon?
Anyone from original Vireo. I have a feeling the lines are going to be pretty clear cut in the merge so I want to be sure that their numbers are so low they can't do anything.
4. How safe do you feel going forward?
I definitely feel safe going forward. I know it's a bad feeling to have in survivor, but I'm laced in quite a few alliances and I've been strong in challenges, so I really don't think I'd go next. I'm pretty sure it'd be Keith anyway. Regardless, we have to win the next challenge so we send someone to prison. It's the only way to ensure prizes stay on our side of the game.

So I told Tarzan about the girls' alliance. I feel as though Tarzan is the person I can trust the most in this game, so I felt like I should tell him in case he hears it from someone else first. Plus, Tarzan was giving me a lot of information the dynamics of our tribe.
Alex pulling off that mutiny really screwed us. We don't have someone we can so easily vote off anymore, and now Laura and Tarzan have to try and beat Keith in immunity so we can vote him off, despite a war beginning between Sierra and Pete, she hates him!
Also Keith knows he's a potential target and is therefore getting a free pass in this challenge. It's really annoying because he's the only person on our tribe that I'm not aligned with. I'll vote for whoever as long as it keeps Tarzan and I here, though.

Thank god that Tarzan won immunity. Now we get to vote off Keith. I know that it may not happen if Keith and Sierra formed a bond over voting out Pete, but I definitely want Pete to stick around. The other tribe may know that Keith is a target, and he is now likely to flip in the merge. So yeah, my goal for the round is making sure that Keith gets voted off. I also need to see what Jeff gets from prison.

Apparently it may not be so easy! I think that Sierra and Brenda really want to vote Pete off, but I don't necessarily see Pete or Keith being super loyal in the merge. It kind of sucks but it is what it is. I see Vireo as a very united tribe so it is going to be a rough merge if we don't try and stick together. Anyway, I am going to talk to Laura and see what she thinks, and probably end up going with her. The thing that sucks is that Pete really trusts Laura and I. I have no connection with Keith. Therefore, I really need Keith to leave tonight. I'll see what I can do.

Well I didn't get my way. It seems as though Pete will be leaving tonight, which sucks. It's okay though, I am biding my time, and I'm ready to play come merge. I know that we'll have another tribal challenge tonight, but I'm going all out for the win. I definitely want to see Vireo lose another member. Once the merge hits, I'm going to be playing hard. Until then, I'm just trying to focus on winning these tribal challenges!

Well, Pete's attitude kind of makes it easier to get over voting him out. His exit was anything but classy, which kind of foreshadows what he would've done in this game. Moving forward, I really need to strengthen my relationship with Keith, because it's basically non-existent. I am going to need him in the merge.
I think that Elaenia needs to win this challenge. If not, we go down in numbers for the merge and we can't do anything about prizes either. If we win, we get to send someone to prison, and open a chest. Additionally, we'd have the numbers. I think that without them, we're pretty much screwed. I feel like their tribe is pretty secure, anyway. I do have a decent relationship with Chris and Julia, but I'm not sure what it's going to be because of tribal lines. So yeah, I'm just working on the puzzle right now.
My best time is 2:12 which is good for a 60 piece; however, I know that Chris is doing it and he's really good. I'm not resting until I break 2 minutes!

Well, losing today was certainly not a good feeling. Not even in the slightest. It actually sucked a lot, and it certainly doesn't help that I feel like I didn't pull my weight. I know I got a great time for the puzzle, but greatness is only relative in this game! I still lost to Chris, and it just sucks. My morale in the game is really down right now, and I know I need it to be higher than ever.
Sierra's not under the impression that we will, but I'm almost certain that we're merging next round. As much as I love my tribe, this is very much going to be an individual game and I will do what I need to do to get where I need to be. I really only feel loyalty toward Tarzan and Laura, but anything can change. I do feel like I'll be an early target in the merge if I don't win immunity.
I'm going to have to really work on my connection with Julia. She hasn't been to prison over there and we were very close at the beginning of this game. I feel like she can save me if I promise to save her. Maybe she'd even flip and vote with our tribe? I kind of doubt it, but it would be great if we could snag her.
My other option, really, is Ashley. While I do feel close to Chris, I know he's not going to throw his game away for me and he wouldn't expect me to do it either. Ashley will be getting the blue chest from prison, and I have the corresponding key. She won't want to vote me out because I'm the key (pun intended) to her getting power in the game. I'm going to have to foster that relationship basically out of nothing, but if it keeps me in the game I'm willing to put in the time.
This coming week is going to be really busy because I'm moving on Saturday, but that's never stopped me before. I'm ready to haul ass until I'm safe in this game. Hopefully we don't merge next round, but either way I'll be fighting for my life.

Also, I'd be crazy to actually think I'm safe tonight. While I do have alliances with everyone on the tribe, I realize that I could definitely be being blindsided tonight. I just have to hope that my web of alliances have enough of a cushion where if someone goes for me, the others will shoot it down or vote Keith anyway.
But I am fully expecting a vote from Keith at least. We basically addressed that we weren't close. If we won immunity today, I was really going to work on that relationship, but didn't want to until then, because I knew I'd be voting him out if we lost. No need to be fake (yet.)

Well, looks like we may not be merging. This CB Survivor classic is definitely a tribal challenge, though it could probably be reformatted for individual play. Regardless, I'm praying we don't merge. If we merge now, an original Elaenia is definitely going home and it could be me. If we don't merge, we'll either win or lose. If we win, then I can't go home. If we lose, I think I have a better chance at staying in the game with my current tribe than I do with a merged tribe.
So yeah, praying that there's no merge tonight. Even if we do lose, that'll just be one less round that Vireo will pick us off before they start wanting to knife each other. I just need to be there for that moment, because when it comes, I plan on doing whatever necessary to tear that tribe apart.

It's really upsetting to see Brenda log onto the board and still fail to post a single lock for us. What the fuck?! I am definitely pushing for her or Sierra to leave over Tarzan at this point, though I know that Laura's the only hope of that happening. I'm already going to start planting the seeds of doubt, seeing as we're probably going to lose. That other tribe is so damn strong, and at this point I doubt we're going to have as many locks as them. Whatever. I'm over it. Merge is going to be a bitch though.
I have already started talking with Chris and Ashley about working together in the merge, since we're the people with items that actually matter (sorry Jeff.) It sucks but I'm definitely going to have to ditch Elaenia if I want to make it to the end of the game. Oh well. As soon as we merge I am going to have to turn on my social game to start figuring out the cracks. It could make me a target, but I just have to hope that Ashley will selfishly protect me. I'd rather go down having tried, in 10th place, than do nothing and get 7th. Sucks for me probably, but that's the way it is!

Well that sucked. I definitely did not want to lose, but we did. Now we're stuck going into the merge 6-4, and it definitely feels like they'll just pick us off - at least for the first TC. My first goal is going to be to win immunity, but that may not be possible due to my scheduling this week. Hopefully Chris will stick to his deal and try and keep me safe. It'd benefit Ashley too. It'll likely be Tarzan or Sierra who leave the game, because Chris and Ashely SHOULD selfishly protect Laura and I.
I keep telling my tribe that I'm going to be loyal and do whatever I can to get us to the end, but that's really not true. I'm playing for myself at this point, and I'll flip, flop and flap until I get to the end of the game. I'm not sure where the cracks are at this point, or what I have to do to find them, but I'm willing to do whatever.
The consensus for this vote is Brenda, which is fine by me. I really don't care at this point, as long as I make it to the merge. Brenda basically gave up on us, which sucks. If I knew this was coming I definitely would've kept Keith. Keith would have helped us a lot in this challenge and we might have won. Oh well.
Gotta take the merge one step at a time!

Well Brenda left without a hitch, and I basically assumed we were merging. I started talking to Ashley about possibly doing some kind of trade, and she was totally uninterested. She told me she was really comfortable within her tribe, and I plan to use that against her. I mean at this point she's no use to me, so I might as well try and get her out. I'll take whatever I can at this point.
Then, we didn't merge! This is actually good for me, because once again I feel I'm way safer in this tribe. Sierra is the next to go home for sure, and if we win then I'm safe that way too. I can control my fate on this tribe way better than in the merge. Of course, winning is the best case scenario, because then we would only need to flip one person in order to have majority. I'll be talking to everyone as best I can in order to get them to flip, because what do I have to lose? I'd rather go first in the merge and at least have tried, then get 7th or 6th and done nothing.
So anyway, I gave my all for immunity and I know I did really well. I got the best possible score I could have gotten for my task, which is awesome. I hope it'll be enough, but it probably won't be. Their tribe is pretty good, and I have a feeling someone on their tribe will just match my score.
Either way, I'm pretty much 100% safe this round, so yay for final 9! Just have to see how the cards fall.

I think it's total shit that they got to sit out Julia twice in a row, but whatever. Hopefully Sierra will still be voted out this round, but maybe Laura would rather vote out Tarzan? I don't know, I don't think I can vote for Tarzan. This just sucks so much. We're so screwed for the merge.
